Supply & installation
The main job. A new unit sized for the room, fitted and running the same day where we can.
- We measure the room before we quote a unit. Too small and it never keeps up, too big and it short-cycles.
- Neat pipe runs and trunking. The outdoor condenser goes somewhere sensible, not bolted to the front of the house.
- Brands we trust and can get parts for. Usually Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin or Panasonic.
Wall-mounted units
The standard for a single room. Bedroom, home office, a south-facing lounge that bakes by three in the afternoon.
- One indoor unit, one outdoor unit, one hole through the wall.
- Heats as well as cools, so it earns its keep in January too.
- Quiet enough to sleep under. We will show you the decibel figures before you commit.
Multi-room systems
One outdoor unit feeding two, three or four rooms. Better for whole-house cooling than a box on every wall.
- Each room controls its own temperature.
- Fewer condensers outside, which keeps the back of the house tidy and the neighbours happy.
- Planned around your rooms, not sold off a fixed package.
Servicing & repair
Air con needs a look once a year or it quietly gets worse. We service what we fit, and plenty we did not.
- Filter clean, gas check, drainage flush, and a proper listen to how it runs.
- Fault finding on units that trip, leak, smell, or cool one day and not the next.
- Honest call on repair versus replace. Sometimes a ten-year-old unit is not worth the parts.
How we price it
No fixed price list, because no two rooms are the same. What we can promise is that the number you see is the number you pay.
- The survey
- Free. We come out, measure up, and talk through where things go. No obligation after.
- The quote
- Written and itemised within 48 hours. Unit, labour, materials and VAT, all separated so you can see it.
- The install
- Fixed against the quote. If we hit something behind a wall that changes the job, we stop and call you first.
- A single room, fitted
- Usually lands between £1,600 and £2,600 depending on the unit. We will place yours before you sign anything.
